I decided that I was having a craving for some amazing chocolate cookies and, having recently ordered Tanya Bakes by Tanya Burr, I looked through there and found the perfect ones. I made the “Triple Chocolate Cookies” and they came out so well. Everyone I shared them with said that they were so delicious and I definitely think that it was a winning recipe. 
I did make a few changes to her recipe, as I couldn’t find the specific chocolate she listed. I could find semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and Reese’s peanut butter chips. The peanut butter chips were SO GOOD. I also made the cookies smaller than she says to, but baked them for the same amount of time, and they turned out beautifully. Yum!
If you are interested in baking these cookies, you should definitely buy the cookbook! I’ve been waiting for the perfect book of just baking, and this is what I was looking for! If you’re interested, you should buy it from your closest independent bookstore to show then your love and support. I’m having a major mid-afternoon sugar craving & was browsing around when I found this… Oh boy, sigh… Admittedly browsing the tag “baking” on wordpress is probably not the best way to fight a sugar craving… 😉
